1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the md111 website accessible at md111.io and all associated services, games, sportsbook markets, cashier facilities, and support channels.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional, matched deposit, free bet, or complimentary credits awarded to a Player under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager (bet) using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, displayed with the ৳ symbol on the Platform.
• "Verification Documents" refers to any identity, age, address, or payment method documents that md111 may request from a Player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the md111 Platform is conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• The Player must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Players aged below 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the Platform.
• The Player must not be subject to any legal prohibition — whether by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable local law — that prevents them from participating in online gambling activities.
• The Player must be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an md111 employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• The Player must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during account registration and must update that information promptly should it change.

md111 reserves the right to request Verification Documents from any Player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the md111 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, Players must provide a valid username, a unique email address, and a secure password. Players must not register using another person's identity, contact information, or payment method credentials. md111 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Where md111 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment method records — md111 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts immediately, forfeit any Balances therein, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform. Any pending withdrawals from duplicate Accounts will be cancelled.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all Account details remain accurate. md111 accepts no liability for losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain accurate registration information.

4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. md111 strongly recommends that Players:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share their login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device such as an internet café or shared computer.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the Platform, including two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

md111 will never ask a Player for their full password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from md111 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to an Account, the Player must notify md111 immediately. md111 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their credentials with a third party, whether intentionally or through negligence.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on md111 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (bank transfers)
• Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits applied by the relevant payment service provider and may vary depending on the method selected. md111 processes deposits in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer to reflect in the Account Balance, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed all required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Where a Player has claimed a bonus, the applicable Wagering Requirement for that bonus must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the originating method's availability. Where this is not possible, md111 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative.
• md111 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes on average for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

md111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000, involve recently changed account details, or are flagged by the Platform's fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend the processing time and the Player will be notified accordingly.

md111 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. Players should verify whether their payment service provider applies independent withdrawal receiving fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

md111 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup).

All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus principles include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived directly from bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms.

Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotional terms, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of a single bonus promotion is capped at ৳20,000 unless the Player's own real-money Balance exceeds this threshold independently.

md111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of amendment will be subject to the terms in effect at the point of opt-in.

8 Wagering & Game Rules

All games available on the md111 Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, Habanero, and Red Tiger. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md111 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of all balances, and the referral of relevant information to applicable authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game or market in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit sportsbook markets, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee outcomes.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using a payment method not registered in the Player's own name, including the use of another person's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account to fund Platform activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in response to any Platform verification request.
• Any form of money laundering, or the use of the Platform to conceal the origins of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or similar anonymisation tool in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security controls.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or underlying logic of any game, platform component, or security system.

10 Responsible Gaming

md111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from a Player's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they deposit into their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount they can lose within a given period. Once a loss limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the Player to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from md111.
• Use the md111 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context not explicitly authorised by md111 in writing.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md111 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• The outcome of any game, sports event, or market that the Player has wagered on, including outcomes that the Player considers unfair, incorrect, or contrary to their expectations.
• Loss of Account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from the Player's voluntary decision to wager on the Platform, including losses that exceed the Player's personal financial means.
• Errors in data, odds, or game information provided by third-party game providers or data suppliers, where md111 has acted in good faith in reliance on that information.

Where md111 is found liable for any loss or damage, such liability shall be limited to the total value of real-money deposits made by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

md111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• md111 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified time period.
• The Player has been identified as being under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• md111 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, any Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player breach (for example, Platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), the real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 5 business days. The real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

14 Amendments to Terms

md111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, md111 will notify existing registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Player does not agree with a material change to the Terms, they should cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Language
